This product consists of a metal shell and a rubber bushing. The metal serves to provide rigid support, while the rubber is responsible for elastic cushioning, so this product is a typical “metal + rubber” composite-structured bushing. The rubber material has wear resistance, impact resistance, and shock absorption performance, thus can flexibly adapt to different operating environments; and the metal shell provides structural strength to ensure that components remain stable and reliable under stress. When a car travels on rough roads, this product can reduce the transmission of vibrations to the vehicle body, enhancing riding comfort. On the other hand, it can also restrict and guide the relative movement of suspension components, ensuring that parts such as wheels move along a correct trajectory, maintaining the stability and handling of the vehicle during driving, and at the same time helping to extend the service lives of suspension-related parts.
