This is a 20mm-thick solid rear sway bar, whose main structure consists of a torsion bar spring. It connects the wheels on both sides through lever arms at its two ends. The sway bar can increase the roll stiffness of a suspension system, i.e., the vehicle’s ability to resist rolling. This product can effectively reduce the rolling phenomenon of the vehicle when cornering at high speeds or passing through uneven road surfaces.

The design concept of the sway bar is a cylindrical steel torsion bar spring, shaped like “U”. The sway bar is horizontally installed at the front and rear ends of the vehicle and connects the suspensions of the left and right wheels. It is connected to the suspensions on both sides through flexible joints at its two ends, allowing the force on one side to be transmitted to the body on the other side, thereby achieving the function of balancing the vehicle and preventing rolling.

The surface of our product adopts advanced painting technology, which realizes better surface finish and rust resistance. This ensures that the sway bar can withstand harsh driving environments and weather changes during use, thus extending the service life of the sway bar. The paint color can also be modified according to customer requirements.
