Description
Specification: 10 mm/15 mm/20 mm/25 mm/30 mm/40 mm/50 mm/60 mm
This bushing is composed of a metal shell, a rubber layer, and a lining metal ring. The silver part is the metal shell, usually made of steel or other metal materials. The bushing has high strength and rigidity, enabling it to withstand large external forces. Embedded inside the metal shell is the rubber layer, i.e., the black part. The rubber material has excellent elasticity and cushioning performance, and it is a key component that enables the bushing to achieve shock absorption and cushioning functions. Inside the rubber layer, there is also the metal ring, which is used to enhance the connection strength and stability between the bushing and connected components. At the same time, it can also bear a certain amount of friction force and pressure.
When an automobile travels, road bumps are transmitted to the suspension system through the wheels, and then further to the vehicle body. The rubber layer in this bushing can effectively absorb and buffer such vibration energy, reduce the transmission of vibrations to the vehicle body, and improve riding comfort. In addition to shock absorption, the elasticity of the rubber can also reduce direct friction and collision between metal components, thereby lowering the noise generated during driving. This bushing can also restrict the relative movement of various components in the suspension system, ensuring that the wheels move along a designed trajectory. This allows the vehicle to maintain good stability and handling during steering, braking, and other operations, thereby enhancing driving safety.
This bushing is suitable for use in the automotive suspension system, such as the connections between components like leaf springs, control arms, lower arms, and sway bars with the vehicle body or other suspension assemblies. It is widely applied in various passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
We can customize the specifications of the bushing according to customers’ requirements, and also provide customized packaging based on customers’ needs.
