The 32T rear leaf spring has a wide range of applications and is commonly used in heavy-duty highway trucks, 8×4 oil tankers, bulk cement trucks, and muck trucks, etc. The two leaves at the top end of the 32T rear leaf spring are bent, and both ends thereof are equipped with square backing plates. This spring includes one central bolt with a general size of M20, and two clamps. An assembly is typically made up by assembling 14 to 18 spring leaves.
The 32T rear leaf spring is often matched with products of major manufacturers such as Dongfeng Dana, Sinotruk, Shacman, Fangsheng Axle, and Qingte Zhongli, thus having broad application prospects.
In recent years, leaf springs have gradually shown a trend of lightweight design to reduce the load of automobiles. The 32T rear leaf spring has also followed this trend, and therefore, some customers will reduce the number of leaves or modify the material according to actual conditions.
All 32T rear leaf springs produced by our company will undergo fatigue tests before leaving the factory. It is required that they must pass 80,000 cycles of fatigue testing without fracture, and then may be approved for shipment.
In practical applications, according to feedback from customers in different regions, this leaf spring performs relatively excellently under the conditions of bumpy road conditions and high loads, making it a common choice for many customers.
