OEM 81434026328 is a kind of vehicle-mounted parabolic front leaf spring suitable for Germany MAN Auto, and is composed of two single-leaf leaf springs. The topmost one is a parabolic leaf spring single leaf with spring eyes at two ends, and the second leaf is a parabolic leaf spring single leaf with one end provided with a 1/2 wrapped eye and the other end without wrapped eye. This leaf spring is fixed by a bolt in the middle, its layers are spaced by spacers therebetween, and the positions close to the spring eyes at the two ends are fixed with clips respectively. Steel-rubber composite bushings with a specification of φ24*φ65*95*88 are used inside the spring eyes in a matched manner, so that the leaf spring is better connected to an automobile. The two layers of leaf springs at the two ends are spaced by spacers to enlarge a contact area and reduce friction, and thus more uniform stress distribution is achieved, and the life of the leaf spring is prolonged. The assembly consisting of two leaves greatly reduces automobile loads. On the premise of ensuring the constant performance, the automobile loads are lowered to the maximum extent, so as to improve the stability and comfort of the automobile.
