This model of leaf spring assembly 94832001505 is composed of five steel plates, one central bolt, one nut and four central sheets. In the leaf spring assembly, the straight length of the first steel plate is 1560 mm, and the straight lengths of the second to the fifth steel plate are all 1480 mm, so that the leaf spring assembly is a heavy parabolic product. This leaf spring is made of durable materials and by advanced techniques, and is produced via long-taper calendering, head and edge trimming, punching and other procedures. Additionally, the production difficulty of this leaf spring lies in the pressing of lateral lugs and drilling of holes at both ends of the first steel plate. This procedure highly tests workers’ technical skills and production expertise, as it must not only meet the demands in drawings, but also fulfill requirements for sturdiness and durability.
