WG9925521000 is composed of three main springs and two auxiliary springs. An entire assembly consists of two clips, two bushings and one central bolt. Said assembly is simple in structure and high in practicability, and is a commonly-used trailer spring for the Howo series.
The raw materials of our products come from Qingdao Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd., therefore, our products have high size precision and good mechanical performance and process performance. Compared with leaf springs in the prior art, this leaf spring is lowered in weight, and at the same time, the rigidity, static loads and proof loads are improved, thereby complying with GB/T 19844 2005 and the standard ISO: 9001.

The WG9925521000 leaf spring is applicable to vehicles that are driven under bad road conditions, seriously overloaded and violently driven by drivers, and has a buffering effect in a suspension system. Based on the demands of different customers, with the guarantee of normal assembling of the leaf spring as the lowest standard, our company is able to design different lengths and the weight of an entire leaf spring assembly according to the customers’ practical requirements. The surface of the leaf spring is painted using high-voltage electrostatic automatic painting, so that the leaf spring has strong resistance to corrosion, acid fog, and water, along with excellent appearance quality. Additionally, a graphite lubricant is applied between the spring leaves of the assembly, and this achieves exceptional anti-rust process.
