This trailer spring JP40T (90*16*1130) is one of conventional leaf springs, has a straight length of 1130 mm, and is one of traditional products. The carrying capacity of the trailer spring can reach up to 40 tons, so the trailer spring is applicable to large transport vehicles, e.g., vehicles for superheavy transportation such as a trailer, and to vehicles working at uneven areas such as a mine lot. Such trailer spring is simple in structure, and is composed of four main leaves and six conventional leaf springs unequal in length. Compared with other trailer springs with the same thickness and the same width, the fourth leaf of JP40T, which is one of the main leaves, has a bend at one end, so that the trailer spring can be used in better cooperation with a trailer. Both sides of a central hole are each fixed by two clips, so that the leaves of the leaf spring can be better secured.
Said conventional trailer spring is simple in structure, easy to produce, and high in production efficiency, and is the most cost-effective leaf spring in an automobile suspension system. The structure is simple, so that the trailer spring has a lower probability of issues occurring in the use process, additionally, replacement of a damaged single leaf is easier. The hardness and elasticity of the leaf spring are improved via complete heat treatment (quenching and tempering), and thus the service life of the leaf spring is extended, and the cost is lowered.
