9443200102-00 CH 3L leaf springs, i.e., a front-axle fewer-leaf spring assembly for Benz. Outline dimension: 90*28*1800mm. This leaf spring has three leaves in total, the first leaf has spring eyes, and the two ends thereof are each embedded with one rubber bushing; and the A-end of the third leaf has a wrapped eye. A reinforcing groove is pressed in the A-end of each leaf. This type of leaf spring has one central bolt, and a thin spacer is provided at a central hole of each leaf. The leaf spring belongs to flagship leaf spring products for front axles, featuring fewer leaves, variable cross-sections and high strength.
Sometimes, certain customers desire to improve the carrying capacity of leaf springs, so that one spring leaf is added to form a four-leaf assembly, which is very popular in the markets such as Africa and the Middle East.

“Shacman 9443200101-00” is a three-leaf gradual-stiffness leaf spring for a rear axle (1200 mm×100 mm×12 mm, rated 10t axle load);“Benz 9443200102” is a three-leaf parabolic leaf spring for a front axle (1800 mm×90 mm×28 mm, rated 7.5t axle load). These two leaf springs have no overlapping in five key dimensions including length, width, thickness, stiffness, rated load and mounting interface, cannot be interchanged, and can only be used on respective original vehicle models.
These two models of leaf springs appear similar numerically, but they in fact correspond to leaf spring assemblies of different brands, different axle positions, different tonnage ratings, and different dimensions. They are absolutely not interchangeable. For replacement, please ensure that you order the corresponding spring number specific to the original vehicle models.
