Mainly applied to the following vehicle models:
Scania R420 ARKA 6×2 tractor
Scania P420 and G420 same-platform 8×4 dump trucks and hook lift trucks
Kamaz 6520/6522 8×4 mining dump trucks, 40t-level timber transport wagons

Outline dimension: 90*25*1590 mm, 10 leaves in total, with the first two leaves sharing the same dimension and the third to tenth leaves having gradually decreased lengths. This leaf spring is provided with one central bolt and two clamps. From the third to the tenth leaves, both ends of each leaf are subjected to chamfering and trimming.

This leaf spring has the advantages as follows:
1) Ultra-high bearing capacity
90 × 25 mm for a single leaf, and an assembly formed by stacking ten spring leaves can bear an axle load of 9 t.
2) Convenient repair, each leaf can be replaced separately, and thus repair is facilitated, and the cost is saved by replacing single leaves.
3) In a case of using the 51CrV4 material, the leaf spring can maintain toughness under cold and hot conditions, so it is suitable for the markets including Russia, Northern Europe, and the Middle East.
