This model of leaf spring assembly 312740 has 12 spring leaves in total, and is formed by combining one central bolt, two dual-metal bushings and two clips. In such assembly, the first steel plate and the second steel plate both have a straight length of 1800 mm, with the straight lengths of the remaining spring leaves being decreased in sequence. Moreover, the spring eye design of the first steel plate enables the leaf spring to be assembled on a chassis system of a truck perfectly. In addition, this leaf spring is made of durable materials and by advanced techniques, and is able to provide excellent durability and stability under severe driving conditions, thus ensuring that a driver can drive the truck stably and safely. All products comply with GB/T 19844 2005 as well as the standard ISO: 9001.

Besides, the advanced electrophoretic technique is adopted to provide the surface of the leaf spring with a primer, while a top coat is created by blending imported materials, achieving the better surface finish and anti-rust performance, which ensures the resistance to terrible driving environments and weather change during use, and prolongs the service life of the leaf spring.
