This product consists of ten individual spring leaves, all of which are conventional (having a uniform cross-section). First, the first and second leaves are each a combination of spring eyes and wrapped eyes, wherein the second leaf only requires a wrapped eye at one end, while the other end is a straight leaf. Additionally, both the second and third leaves need an edge-trimming process, and the remaining leaves are straight leaves. This product also requires four through-bolt clips, one central bolt, and one central nut. Clip holes need to be punched at both ends of the fifth and ninth spring leaves, and after riveting clips, they are used to fix the leaf spring assembly. For assemblies with a large number of spring leaves, only U clips or sleeved clips can be used. Moreover, when manufacturing the U clips, the length must be calculated accurately, otherwise, the formed U clips will affect the leaf spring assembly. If the clip is too long, it will cause issues during on-vehicle assembly and even make assembly impossible; and if it is too short, it cannot extend beyond the surface of the leaf spring assembly, resulting in unavailable fixation. Even if it is assembled on the vehicle, the spring leaves will be displaced due to bumpy road vibrations.
