Leaf spring for trailer

WG9725520286-00 12L leaf spring, an assembly for HOWO rear axles, mainly applied to the following vehicle models:
1) 40t-level mining wide-body dump trucks
① HOWO 70/90 mining trucks (single rear axle 20t, double rear axles 40t)
② Tonly TL855, Shacman X9-M and other 40t platform rear axles
2) 30-35t-level tri-axle semitrailer balanced suspensions: side-dumping semitrailers, and lowboy trailers (axle load 10t×3)
3) Special modified vehicles: port 6×4 tractors, and short-wheelbase concrete mixer trucks (with rear axles assisting in load bearing)

Outline dimension: 90*25*1730 mm, 12 leaves in total. The first three leaves share the same dimension, and the lengths of the fourth to twelfth spring leaves are gradually decreased. One central bolt is provided. From the second leaf to the eleventh leaf, both ends of each leaf must be chamfered and pressed with positive grooves. The first leaf will be milled first.

This leaf spring has the advantages of:
1) Ultra-high carrying capacity
90 × 25 mm for a single leaf, the single-leaf static load bearing capacity ≈ 2.8 t; after 12 leaves are stacked, a rated axle load of the assembly may reach 20 t, which is increased by 25% or more compared with 90*16 12L leaf springs. The leaf spring is specially designed for 40t-level mining wide-body trucks and 30-35t-level tri-axle semitrailers.
2) Easy repair
The 12 leaves are designed with the same thickness, which facilitates independent leaf replacement and repair, and the cost is saved by single-leaf replacement.
3) If 50CrVA / 51CrV4 high-alloy spring steel is adopted, the fatigue life can be prolonged to ≥200000 cycles
