90*16*1140 8L leaf spring is within a range of specialized assemblies characterized by “medium-load multi-leaf, short wheelbase, and high stiffness.” It is primarily used in the mid/rear axle balanced suspensions of 25t-level mining dump trucks and 30t-level tri-axle semitrailers at present. Additionally, it is further applied in specially modified vehicles, such as auxiliary load-bearing springs for rear axles of short-wheelbase concrete mixer trucks (6×4 drive) and port tractors (4×2).
Outline dimensions: 90*16*1140 mm, with a total of 8 leaves. The first three leaves share the same dimensions, while the fourth leaf features a bent portion on one side. The lengths of the fifth to eighth leaves gradually decrease. The assembly includes one central bolt and two clamps. Furthermore, customers may decrease or increase the number of leaves of the leaf spring based on market demands, with common configurations including 7, 8, 9, 10, and 14 leaves.
This leaf spring has the advantages of:

A straight length is merely 1140 mm, which is 160 mm shorter than traditional 1300 mm leaf springs, the wheelbase of an entire vehicle can be shortened by 200 mm, and thus a turning radius is small
2) High carrying capacity and anti-roll capability
90×16 mm for a single leaf, the eight leaves are overlapped with equal thickness, a rated axle load of a single axle is 10-12t, and the anti-roll capability is high.
3) Easy repair
The 8 leaves have the same thickness, each leaf may be replaced independently, and only 20 min is required for replacement during roadside repair.
