This product has a wire diameter of φ12.3 mm, an outer diameter of φ78 mm at end A, φ110 mm in the middle, and φ80 mm at end B. It has an overall height of 360 mm, 8 spiral coils, a single weight of 2.1 kg, and a right-handed winding direction. This coil spring is produced by large-scale professional equipment—automatic spring coiling machines. It goes through processes including tempering, spring grinding, deburring, and shot blasting. These processes ensure that the finished product has a smooth appearance without burrs, eliminate residual stress of the product, and greatly extend its service life.
In addition to ensuring the appearance, the toughness of the product is also significantly enhanced. After multiple rounds of testing, the product can resume its original shape after nearly 800,000 elastic deformations, with no obvious damage or cracks on the surface. This fully demonstrates that our product is top-tier in terms of both quality and appearance. This product is suitable for the Magotan series models under Volkswagen, and mainly serves as a rear spring. Its outer diameter presents a stepped shape, with the middle outer diameter larger than that of the two ends, this design greatly improves ride comfort. Therefore, this product is generally installed on passenger cars to provide the maximum comfort for riding experience.
In terms of color customization, the default is black paint. We can also spray other colors if there are specific color requirements.
