For OEM 0508204020. This product is a multi-leaf suspension leaf spring, which is an assembly composed of 11 leaf springs. The first three leaves have the same straight length of 1193 mm, but one end of the third leaf is bent, and therefore, the blanking length of the third leaf is longer than those of the first two leaves by the length of the bent part. With a specification of 12*100, this product is a common heavy-duty leaf spring and can be applied to trucks with large load capacities. All leaves are conventional (i.e., with uniform cross-sections) and require no additional machining processes, resulting in higher efficiency during production. Moreover, during heat treatment, we strictly comply with standards to ensure that the hardness meets the standard and avoid issues such as over-burning. In the production process, other technical requirements are also strictly implemented in accordance with standards, as it is our obligation to produce high-quality products. After all leaves of this product are manufactured, they will be assembled. During assembly, lubricating grease is applied between all the leaves to reduce friction loss. After assembly, pre-compression is performed to ensure that the camber of the assembly is qualified. We also define a range for camber deviations and classify the leaf springs into grades A, B, and C based on their cambers, ensuring that the camber deviation is not too large. In terms of packaging, our packaging can be customized. If there are special packaging requirements, the product will be packaged in accordance with those requirements. If there are no special requirements, it will be packaged following our standard packaging.
