All the products shown in the pictures are gaskets, also known as washers. They are installed at the end positions between leaf springs, aiming to avoid direct contact between individual leaves of leaf springs. This reduces friction, suppresses noise generated by friction, and at the same time extends the service life of the leaf springs. As shown in the pictures, multiple types are available, and you can determine the size of the gasket (length, width, thickness) by taking photos and measuring dimensions.
The gaskets come in various types. Referring to the pictures, we can design different types according to customer requirements and the actual needs of the leaf spring products. For leaf springs with drilled holes, the gasket is secured to the leaf spring via a bushing; for leaf springs with grooved treatment, the middle of a bushing is also grooved to enable the gasket to snap onto the leaf spring. The bushing has a circle of concave rubber, which facilitates the installation of the leaf spring assembly after the bushing is mounted.
If you need to replace a gasket, you can directly take photos and measure the various dimensions of the old gasket. If the old gasket is lost or cannot be measured completely, you can measure the leaf spring directly: the width of the leaf spring, the thickness of a single steel leaf, and the diameter of the center bolt (if it is a center-hole gasket).
