In this set, the front sway bar features a tubular design, having 29.25 mm in diameter and 3.95 mm in wall thickness, while the rear sway bar is a solid 17.5 mm one. The set is suitable for the Ford Focus RS 2016-2018 and enables adjustable roll stiffness. The increased stiffness can significantly reduce understeer, thereby enhancing the vehicle’s handling performance, lowering overall vehicle body roll, improving vehicle stability, reducing vehicle body roll, and boosting grip, thus achieving the better dynamic performance and overall performance of the vehicle. The torsional internal torque generated by the elastic sway bar hinders the deformation of the suspension springs, thus minimizing the vehicle body’s lateral tilting and lateral angular vibration. This product is designed to reduce vehicle body roll and enhance handling responses during cornering, acceleration, and braking.

The surface of our sway bar adopts high-quality powder coating technology, and we also provide high-performance polyurethane mounting bushings for easy bolt-on installation. Moreover, before powder coating, we first perform a shot blasting process. This process can effectively improve the material’s stress resistance, thereby extending the service life of the lateral sway bar.
