This product is an active bushing suitable for the control arms of Mercedes-Benz CES and GLK models, with OEM numbers of A2043520027 or A2203520227. It is made of a steel-rubber composite material, which offers high strength and can better match the assembly dimensions of leaf spring pins and brackets. It maintains excellent stability during driving and prevents assembly loosening caused by excessive stress. Besides, the rubber layer between the steel sleeves has good elasticity and toughness, and it can absorb impact forces from bumps when the vehicle is under load during driving, thus reducing noise. Additionally, the rubber layer completely isolates the inner and outer bushings of the product, avoiding wear caused by sliding friction, which can effectively reduce corrosion from sand, mud, rainwater and other substances, thus extending the product’s service life. Moreover, this bushing itself has a certain degree of lubricity. Unlike other types of bushings, it does not require the addition of lubricating grease to maintain lubrication, which simplifies the maintenance process, reduces the frequency of maintenance, and lowers maintenance costs.
