The RE4 rear-spring enhanced elastic coil spring has a steel wire diameter of φ14.8 mm, a height of 280 mm, and an effective number of coils of 6. Its linear stiffness ranges from 24 to 25 N/mm. Two such springs are used on each vehicle. 52441-SWA-A00-ST (Enhanced) is its common product code. This spring is applicable to Honda CR-V RE4 (2007-2011, 3rd generation, 2.0L/2.4L, later version). RE4 is the chassis code for the 2.0L front-wheel drive/all-wheel drive models of the 3rd-generation Honda CR-V (2007-2011) in the Asian/Chinese market, wherein the spring is produced on the same production line as the RE2/RE5 models of the same period, and RE4 specifically refers to the 2.0L configuration.

Compared with the original SWA-A00 soft spring, the RE4 rear-spring enhanced version is superior in both hardness and height. It is specially designed to meet needs such as vehicle weight increase and driving on uneven roads, with the following main advantages:
1) the stiffness is improved by 18% compared with the original version, with a rated load being increased from 600 kg to 750 kg.

4) easy replacement: the grinding angle of the end coils is consistent with the original factory specifications, allowing replacement at a roadside shop in 20 minutes; no cutting, gasket addition, or adjustment of brake lines/hydraulic pipes is required.
5) high interchangeability: the left and right springs are identical parts; each spring has the same size as the rear axle seats of RD5/RD6/RE2/RE4 models, and for further height increase, you can add an additional 20 mm enhanced shock absorber; to revert to the original factory height, you can simply replace it with the 330 mm soft spring directly, with no additional costs incurred.
